It doesn’t have to be this way. Deposit Booster is an investment plan that gets your deposit working for you from the moment you reserve one of our apartments off-plan. Your deposit helps to fund the build, closing the loop on our development financing and enabling us to return to you the interest we’d otherwise pay to a lender – up to 10% over 12 months.

No strings attached
What if you change your mind at the end of the build? No problem. You’re free to walk away with your investment and accumulated interest. We want to unlock the value of your deposit, not tie you into a home you no longer require.
Not that we think you’ll want to walk away. We’re confident enough in the quality of our apartments to offer a 10-year independent warranty as standard. We sell our new apartments through the open market as well as Help to Buy. The very popular Help to Buy ISA stopped accepting new applicants in November 2019. Our Deposit Booster within the Group Funder initiative is our answer to the removal of this financial product. However we are making it available to all buyers, whether buying through Help to Buy or the standard open market, and with significantly more attractive rates as we are local developers working with local buyers on a smaller scale.
