Home Made For You is exactly that: a period apartment pre-designed and custom-converted to be exactly how you want it, right down to the door knobs.
What’s the idea of Home Made For You?
You can design your own trainers, smart watch or single-speed bike. Why shouldn’t you be able to customise the home you're buying in the same way? We’re currently securing a selection of ‘blank canvas’ period apartments across South East and South West London. First we’ll match you with your ideal apartment, then it’s over to you to turn it into your dream home.
Renovations take 10-12 weeks - about the same time as conveyancing, handily enough. During that time you can make all kinds of customised design choices to put your own stamp on your expertly converted new home, at no additional cost. Before you know it, you’ll be ready to move into a Home Made For You.
What are the main features?

Delve into our design catalogue to choose your own kitchen units, wall colours, flooring, doors, wardrobes, bathroom and more.
2. Virtual Tours
Start falling in love with your apartment before it’s even created, in 2D, 3D and even photorealistic 360 VR.
3. A Green Home
Every Home Made For You is converted in line with the Climate Change Committee’s guidance on achieving an EPC rating of C or above.
4. Home Made For You App
Keep all the details of your build - progress reports, 360 images, design features, specs - in your pocket.
5. Warranties & After-care
All installations and appliances come with a manufacture’s warranty, which is anything from 1-10 years.
6. Sound Proofing
However well you get on with your neighbours, our acoustic and thermal insulation means you’ll only hear from them when you want to!
7. Period Features
Every apartment comes with period features carefully and expertly retained, restored or installed to match the original building’s design.
8. Modern Twist
Every apartment comes with the latest appliances and smart home tech installed throughout, from brands such as Bosch, Vaillant and Hive.
What’s in it for us?
We think there’s too much inefficiency in the property market, and nothing like enough mutual interest. Too often, buyers like you don’t get any real say in where you’ll live or how your home will end up – you’re too busy being dragged along by the tide of the market.
But we also face our own hurdles as a developer, from funding affordable builds to finding serious off-plan buyers. Home Made For You is our way of redressing the balance. By sourcing buyers early in the process and harnessing their design ideas, we can reduce big-bank financing and return the interest to the people who actually have a stake in the property.
It’s a lot easier and more fluid for us. It offers huge incentives to you. And we just think it’s fairer for everyone.
How does it work in practice?
1. Get in touch
If you haven’t already been in touch with the TPPS team, use the contact form to let us know your search criteria, including:
Bedrooms, office, private outdoor space, top 3 locations, budget (top and bottom), first time buyer vs homeowner, preferred move-in date.
2. Rightmove & Zoopla
You may have come across one of our properties advertised on the portals. If so great, get in touch and we’ll quickly respond with all the information you’ll need, like floor plan, 3D model, 360 photorealistic views and full specification PDF, before arranging a site visit.
3. Site visit
Once everything ticks your boxes, we’ll move on to a site visit, where you’ll be able to see the finished property appear in front of your eyes in VR.
You’ll also get a feel for the street and the building - and hopefully start getting that fuzzy feeling inside....
4. Reserve
By this stage, you’ll not only know the apartment’s layout and specifications in detail, but also clearly understand the customisation options open to you.
Now it’s time to reserve the apartment and activate your broker/lender and solicitor. If you’re stuck for recommendations, we can introduce you to trusted independent experts in all of our development locations.
5. Get Customising
It’s your home, so you get to decide how it looks. Our Customised Design Service lets you add the finishing touches you want, while our unique Virtual Tours let you fully immerse yourself within every room of your apartment to see those choices you’ve made.
6. Build & Conveyancing phase
You can visit the site as often as you like. For those who prefer remote updates at their convenience, our iOS and Android app is the handiest way to keep up with everything.
During this renovation stage we restore and enhance the period features, and install all the shiny new tech.
The conveyancing period runs neatly alongside the renovation, so when the build completes, your purchase completes.
7. Move-in day
Just 10-12 weeks from the start of the process, we’ll hand over the keys and offer you a warm welcome to your Home Made For You!
8. Aftercare
We don’t say farewell the day you move in. In fact, we’re here to support you for the first few months. If any questions crop up in that time, just use the App to let us know.
