Three luxury 1 & 2 bed Victorian apartments with outside space close to Bellenden Road in Peckham Rye. Completed and sold 2019.
We sell our new apartments through the open market as well as Help to Buy. The very popular Help to Buy ISA stopped accepting new applicants in November 2019. The FtB Deposit Booster and Group Funder are our answer to the removal of this financial product. However we are making it available to all first-time buyers, whether buying through Help to Buy or the standard open market, and with significantly more attractive rates as we are local developers working with local buyers on a smaller scale.
